The Frans Hals Museum in Haarlem, shot from low angle looking up at its Dutch Golden Age stepped gables. Three exhibition banners — Kees Verwey, Allemaal Haarlemmers, 125 jaar Kees Verwey — hang flat against the dark brick, turning the facade into a canvas before you've even stepped inside. A mackerel sky breaks the upper third, its scattered cloud pattern pulling the same graphic rhythm as the stepped roofline. The building carries its own weight; the banners simply confirm it's still in use.
