An elevated walkway at ENCI-groeve cuts a straight line toward the quarry's industrial panorama — cement plant chimney, wooded hill, and the river plain beyond stretching flat to the horizon. Two figures stand at the railing, small against the scale of what the quarry has left behind. The golden-hour light catches the wire mesh and the steel decking, while the bulk of the landscape sits deep in shadow. Industry and rewilding share the same frame here: the plant still standing, the hill already reclaiming itself.
