White Pedestrian Bridge, Delft Historic District
29 May 2026 · Delft
A white-railed footbridge cuts straight toward a row of Dutch brick townhouses in Delft, the symmetrical geometry of the railings pulling the eye from cobblestone to gabled rooftops. Terracotta tiles and dark brick facades close the frame — the bridge is a threshold, and the streetscape is the destination. The composition does the structural work; the summer light fills the rest.
