Ruined Industrial Waterfront, Maastricht

A skeletal steel frame holds what's left of an abandoned factory on the Maastricht waterfront — roof gone, gantry exposed, the whole structure pushed flat against a sky full of moving cloud. Graffiti covers every accessible surface from the water's edge up, colour bleeding into the brickwork of the warehouse block beside it. The ruin reads as architecture still: the frame is precise, the decay is thorough, and the two facts pull against each other across the same wall.
