A brick industrial complex rises from the Maas waterfront in Maastricht, its twin towers pushing into a sky that can't decide between storm and sun. In monochrome, the cumulus drama does the heavy lifting — cloud mass and brick mass pulling against each other at the same tonal weight, finding an equilibrium the colour original never quite had. The building earns its frame: industrial heritage that reads as architecture first, ruin-porn second.
