Grote Kerk Breda Under Restoration — Hoarding, Crane, and Gothic Stone

Restoration work compresses five centuries into a single frame. A Potain crane tower rises in front of Brabant Gothic tracery while corrugated hoarding carries the Kerk Binnenste Buiten signage — an art project by Grote Kerk Breda and Blind Walls Gallery commissioning murals directly onto the construction fence. The medieval stone carries centuries of civic weight; the hoarding carries the working vocabulary of a city that hasn't finished with it yet. Under a flat overcast sky, the graphic contrast between industrial corrugated steel, painted street-art murals, and carved sandstone pulls the layers tight into a single documentary image.
