Gothic Church Gable and Oval Windows, Breda

The west gable of a Gothic brick church in Breda pushes hard into a storm sky — crenellated parapet at the top, a vertical rhythm of oval windows cut into the arched recess below. The fisheye perspective from the cobblestone plaza pulls the whole mass into a single graphic statement: medieval weight against churning cloud. Monochrome strips the scene to its structure, and what remains is purely architectural — stone and shadow holding their ground.
