Lem Echo Music
Italian tape echo modelled on the LEM Echo Music — tape transport, motor wobble, and saturation behaviour from the original unit.
The LEM Echo Music was an Italian tape echo unit from the 1970s — multiple playback heads, a tape loop, and a transport that ran slower than the Roland Space Echo. The slow tape speed gives the unit a distinct saturation and pitch-modulation character that's harder to recover from delay-line approximations. Martinic models the tape transport, motor wobble, and head spacing rather than approximating the effect digitally.
