A solitary tree stands in silhouette at the edge of a still polder pond near Pijnacker, its reflection held perfectly in the water below. The sun sits low on the horizon, burning warm gold through reeds and treeline. A contrail crosses the pale upper sky — the only geometry in an otherwise entirely natural frame. The warm grade pulls the golden hour light into something richer: the sky bleeds peach and amber while the water doubles it back, making the same light twice.
