Dutch Canal at Golden Hour, The Hague
30 May 2026 · The Hague
A tree-lined canal in The Hague pulls the eye toward a distant bridge, the water holding a pale reflection of the overcast sky above. Bicycles line the right-hand quay; a small boat rests against the left. The symmetry is almost architectural — two rows of buildings, two rows of trees, one still corridor of water running between them. Golden-hour light is soft here, caught between cloud and canal rather than landing on anything directly.
