Amare Cultural Centre, The Hague — Undulating Facade

30 May 2026 · The Hague

From street level, Amare's concrete fins don't read as a building so much as a rhythm — parallel curves accelerating upward to a vanishing point, the cream facade turning structural repetition into something closer to notation. The yellow banner anchors the eye before it escapes into the overcast sky. This is Dutch contemporary architecture making geometry the argument, and the argument holds at every floor.
