Amare's rippled concrete facade rises from street level in The Hague, its vertical fins converging toward a pale sky. Photographed from directly below, the building resolves into something closer to a graphic score than an urban structure — each fin pulling the eye upward in strict parallel. The yellow and pink banners mark the entrance without competing with the architecture; the concrete does its own talking. Amare sits at the centre of the city's performing arts quarter, and this facade is its argument made visible.
