Rotterdam Demolition Tower and Crane, Urban Regeneration

A partially demolished tower stands mid-collapse behind an ADEX hoarding, its exposed concrete skeleton still holding its shape against a deep summer sky. The crane beside it is taller than what remains of the building — the machine already outscaling the thing it's dismantling. Rotterdam tears itself down and rebuilds with the same unsentimental efficiency it always has. The photographic mural wrapping the hoarding is the detail that earns a second look: urban document pinned to the boundary of an active demolition site.
