Shot low and close, the concave curve at the top of this glass curtain wall office tower in Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena reads as a deliberate geometric statement — the facade bowing inward against a deep blue summer sky, a lone cloud building at the right edge. Most glass towers go straight up and stop. This one pulls the eye along the curve before it releases it into the open sky above.
