A Dutch polder canal cuts straight into the frame, its still water mirroring a sky split between open blue and an advancing storm front. Reed beds press in from both sides; a willow and stands of tall grass hold the right bank in near-silhouette. At the horizon, apartment blocks and construction cranes mark the city edge — the built world just close enough to remind you it's there. The storm carries the weight; the water carries the light.
