Cantilevered volumes stack upward in interlocking hexagonal tiers, each ledge spilling green against warm limestone. Shooting from street level compresses the geometry into a single dense silhouette — the building reads as much as sculpture as residence. The planted terraces soften the angularity without resolving it; the structure earns its mass by putting every surface to work.
