Perforated Metal Facade Corner, Amsterdam Science Park
5 May 2025 · Amsterdam Science Park
Two elevations of punched aluminium panel meet at a sharp corner, turning the building skin into a single continuous graphic. Shot from ground level looking up, the worm's eye angle flattens the facade against a clear summer sky and lets the pixelated camouflage pattern read as pure geometry. The cladding does the structural work and the visual work at the same time — functional surface and large-scale canvas occupying the same square metre of aluminium.
