Amsterdam University College sits at the edge of Amsterdam Science Park, its Corten steel facade pushing a deep red-brown grid against a flat summer sky. The rectangular window rhythm is decisive — each opening punched clean through the weathering steel — while a concrete tower rises behind it, grey and vertical, holding the middle distance. Two buildings, two material registers, the same hard daylight doing different work on each.
