A paved path through Amstel Park disappears into a natural arch of dense summer foliage, the dark canopy pressing in from both sides while the sunlit garden beyond holds its ground in warm green and gold. The framing is the photograph — deep shadow on the edges, a bright clearing at the centre, and the path running straight through the middle of it. Dappled light catches individual leaves along the hedge line, pulling detail out of the dark without softening the contrast that makes the composition work.
