Altocumulus Sky Over Leiderdorp Tree Canopy

Altocumulus clouds spread across a Dutch summer sky above Leiderdorp, the textured field broken only by the silhouetted canopy of a hawthorn in late blossom. Shot looking straight up, the tree anchors the bottom of the frame while the cloud formation takes the full compositional weight. The sky is restless and organised at the same time — each puff distinct, the whole pattern moving as one.
