A curtain wall in The Hague, shot from below at a low angle that flattens the diagonal mullion grid against the rectangular panel rhythm. Two geometries occupy the same surface — the diagonal steel framework pressing against the horizontal band of the interior structure — and neither yields. In monochrome, the glass panels separate cleanly from the frame shadows, and the pale cloud sitting above the roofline holds the whole tonal range in a single frame.
