The MN pension fund headquarters in The Hague announces itself through rhythm before it announces itself through scale. Undulating horizontal bands of aluminium cladding run the full width of the tower, each wave casting a shallow shadow that shifts the facade from flat surface to structured geometry. Shot from low angle against a clear blue sky, the building reads as pattern first, architecture second — the wave-form cladding is the compositional engine, not merely surface decoration.
