Shot from directly below, this high-rise in The Hague resolves into a single pyramidal form — stepped balconies stacking floor by floor until the facade narrows to a point against an unbroken summer blue. The precast concrete grid and curtain wall glazing hold their geometry without softening it. The building is designed to be inhabited; from this angle, it reads as pure structure.
