A factory chimney stands as a dark needle against the solar disc dropping behind Leiderdorp's low skyline. Contrail diagonals cut across the warm sky above it — one drawn by a plane still climbing, one already dissolving into the amber haze. The foreground falls completely to shadow, pushing all the light to the horizon where the sun holds its ground before going under.
