Dutch Windmill Sails Against Summer Sky, Leiden

Four sails radiate outward from the mill cap in near-perfect symmetry — shot from directly below, the brick tower fills the frame and the Dutch summer sky does the rest. The low-angle perspective strips the windmill back to geometry: a radial structure built to catch wind, read here as pure graphic form. The cloud breaks just enough to let the blue hold against the dark silhouette of the cap and balcony rail.
