Industrial Chimney Stack Over Leiden Canal, Dramatic Sky

A tall chimney stack rises over a Leiden canal, holding its line against a sky packed with summer cumulus. The canal runs straight toward the bridge at midground, tree-lined on both sides, residential facades to the right, the industrial building anchoring the far bank. Sky and water pull against each other here — one restless and churning, one flat and still — with the chimney as the fixed point between them.
