StudioTJ: Return And Refund Policy

At StudioTJ, we offer products in partnership with Printful and/or Printify to provide you with high-quality, custom-made items. As a print-on-demand company, Printful and/or Printify create unique products that are produced only when an order is placed. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer orders the wrong size, color, or changes their mind.

However, if a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will contact Printful and/or Printify to resolve the issue for you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a free reprint or a refund. To process your request, provide a clear photo showing the issue. If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, please include an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation.

Please note, we will not provide refunds or reprints if the incorrect size or color was ordered by the customer. In cases of unsuccessful delivery, you can choose between a reprint for an additional charge or a partial refund. For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement applies, meaning minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.
